    **Adecco** is currently assisting a client in their search for a **Electro-Mechanical Assembler** in Plattsburgh, NY.

    • **Pay Rate** : $ 19.00/Hr

    • **Location:** _On-Site_

    • **Shift** : Mon-Fri 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

    • **Type:** Temp to hire

    **Job Summary** :

     

    Perform electro-mechanical production assembly work according to engineering drawings, product specifications and quality standards. Assembler is responsible for his/her own quality of work and must meet company and ISO standards.

    Job duties:

    • Must be safety conscious.

    • Must be able to read assembly drawings.

    • Must have mechanical skills.

    • Must have advanced knowledge of the use of hand tools.

    • Must be able be able to lift 40 lbs.

    • Must be able to work onsite and be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day minimum

    • Must have Advanced computer skills (Microsoft office).

    • Must have basic understanding of electrical test equipment (megger, hi-pot, multi-meter, etc…)

    • Must be able to read electrical schematics

    • Must be able to read pneumatic diagrams.

    **Experience** :

    • 1 to 3 years of relevant manufacturing and/or assembly experience preferred

    • Ability to read blueprints and schematics

    • Ability to use hand and pneumatic tools

    • Ability to crimp, perform soldering procedures, assemble wire harnesses, etc

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
