Your main tasks and responsibilities:

+ Coordinate sales order entry updates relative to mechanical, electrical design, or resubmission

+ Support the sales process by researching and answering all engineering-related questions

+ Coordinate release of order to production

+ Review specifications, drawings, orders, and Scope Worksheets

+ Review mechanical and electrical specifications to determine compliance. Rectify and resolve discrepancies between scope of supply and technical specifications

+ Supervision and instruction of installation work for systems and turn-key work

+ Create project management documentation

To succeed in this role, you will need:

+ A university or college degree in process, chemical, or mechanical engineering is required

+ 3+ years of experience related to project management

+ Self-motivated, takes initiative and able to work without close supervision

+ Flexible, reliable, strong work ethic, dependable team player, positive, constructive attitude

+ Has a business and customer focus

+ Ability to travel approximately 15-20% of the working time
