About the company:

What You’ll Do

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll handle everything from processing vendor payments to reconciling accounts and month-end closings. You’ll:

+ Coordinate all cash outflows, such as inventory purchases, operating expenses, etc.

+ Partner with Supply Chain to manage payment terms and prepayments

+ Track and recommend payment timing based on forecasted cash balances

+ Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents

+ Prepare recurring check runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions

+ Assist with month-end closings

+ Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and clarity

+ File and maintain accurate financial documentation

+ Provide backup to other Finance team members as needed

What We’re Looking For

+ Associate degree in Accounting, or 3–5 years of relevant experience

+ Solid knowledge of ERP systems and electronic invoice tools

+ Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

+ Advanced Excel skills and Microsoft Office proficiency

+ Strong organizational and communication skills

+ Ability to work onsite as needed and collaborate with cross-functional teams

+ Sit or remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time

+ Use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment

+ Frequently communicate with internal and external contacts, requiring the ability to talk, hear, and exchange information clearly

+ Occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, or lift office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds

+ Use close vision, including the ability to read detailed financial data, spreadsheets, and reports on screens and printed documents

This position is primarily performed in an office environment and may require periodic in-person presence at the Newberg location to support team collaboration and business needs.
