• Test Technician - 3rd Shift

    Test Technician - (2nd or 3rd Shift) Location: Chelmsford, MA Job ID: #70872 Pay Range: $22-24 6 months

    + 2nd Shift Hours: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM Monday through Thursday, with possibility for Overtime

    + 3rd Shift Hours: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM Friday through Sunday, with possibility for Overtime

    Summary

    + Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.

    + Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards.

    + Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.

    + Document accurate data records and results test databases, generate reports, and assist in improving test procedures.

    + Basic troubleshooting / retesting of electronic assemblies.

    + Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    + Basic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

    + Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.

    + Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.

    + Strong work ethics and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in their role.

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + Will be required to start interim clearance
