    We are searching for a hands-on, high-performing Fixed Operations Manager who can lead our Service & Parts team to achieve targeted goals while providing exceptional, best-in-class customer experience.

     

    Who are we looking for?

     

    + 2-3 years Dealership Service Manager Experience REQUIRED

    + 2-3 years Dealership Parts Manager Experience REQUIRED

    + Strong customer experience focused REQUIRED

    + Forward thinking mindset on how to do business REQUIRED

    + Change Manager & Tech Savy in Service/Part Oppeotunities REQUIRED

    + Ability to drive business for high performance and motivate teams

    + Wholesale focused ability to grow a Wholesale department

    + Front lane driven a manager that is not afraid to spend their time with advisors every morning

    + CDK experience

    + Excellent communication skills

    + Professional references to verify experiences

    + Willing relocate the right candidate

     

    The California pay range for this position is $195,0000.00 - $295,000.00 annually depending on experience.

     

    This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes , and .
