    Major/Essential Functions:

    + Provide inpatient coverage for Trustpoint Rehabilitation Hospital

    + 28-35 adult patients daily w/APRN support available

    + Call 1 to 2 weekends/month with call split among other adult providers

    + 72 bed facility with 130 admissions/month

    + Patient Diagnosis: 20% Stroke, 15% Trauma, 5-10% Spinal, and mix of Ortho, Debility

    + Train and Supervise PM&R Residents

    + Open Rank position, salary is dependent upon candidate's qualifications and experience.

    + Optional VA appointment/clinic time

    + MD or DO.

    + Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R or in the process of becoming Board Eligible at the completion of training.

    + Able to Obtain a Texas State Medical License.
