City Wide Facility Solutions of Jacksonville is seeking outgoing, dynamic individuals interested in developing a sales career to join our B2B sales team. If you have a “can-do” attitude and a strong drive to succeed, this job is for you.
Successful candidates will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a consistent work ethic. You will have the ability to work independently with minimal direction and will collaborate with Sales Executives and Account Managers to drive sales strategies.
This position includes a base salary of $ $50,000 and includes commissions based on sales in territory. Successful Sales Execs with City Wide exceed 6 figures within our uncapped compensation plan!
Essential functions
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through effective communication and customer service.
+ Conduct outbound and warm calls to identify new sales opportunities and promote products.
+ Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
+ Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
+ Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance business development efforts.

Requirements
• 2+ years of outside sales experience in a B-to-B company
• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong MS Office and CRM abilities
• Outgoing and energetic, with a dynamic personality
• Career-oriented, with a strong desire to win
