Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Review construction documents to generate accurate estimates

+ Draft sales proposals

+ Maintain relationships with contractors and customers

+ Review bid opportunities

+ Self-motivated, goal and results oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Qualifications

To best meet the needs of our organization and customers, the right person will meet the following qualifications:

+ Sales experience preferred

+ Engineering/ technical degree or equivalent experience preferred

+ Excellent proficiency in software tools for estimation, proposals, ROI, and CRM preferred

+ Knowledge of commercial construction market and bidding processes preferred

+ Knowledge of commercial contractors, facility managers, owners, engineering firms, and general contractors preferred

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to interact with all levels of the organization with a positive, engaging, proactive and team-based style
