    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Service/Install/Repair in an efficient and safe manner to assigned HVAC, Chiller, and Refrigeration equipment/duties for existing and new accounts.

    + Working knowledge of all mechanical systems including trouble shooting, repair, and maintain complex mechanical HVAC equipment helpful.

    + Have some working knowledge of PC’s, application software, and Building Management Systems.

    + Have working knowledge of schematic reading.

    + Will be responsible for performing chiller PMs, troubleshooting/repairs, overhauls, major inspections, retrofits and tear downs.

    + Maintain record of work performed and parts/materials used.

    + Utilizes company and vendor resources.

    + Ensure standards, policies, procedures, and maintenance of a clean work area are always upheld.

    + Ability to follow schedules and budgets.

    + Wear company uniform and required safety PPE, perform job hazard analysis.

    + Demonstrate professionalism in appearance, verbal, and written communication.

    + Interact with customer by offering status reports of service before, during, and after each call.

    + Be able to explain technical information, effectively and professionally to technical and not-technical audience.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    To best meet the needs of our organization and customers, the right person will meet the following qualifications:

    + Strong refrigeration background

    + Minimum 5 years field experience

    + Great customer service skills

    + Good electrical skills

    + Refrigeration troubleshooting skills

    + Self-motivated team player.
