    Job Description

    This position requires Team Members to efficiently move trailers around the facility to help prepare freight that is being transported to Menard, Inc. stores.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Safely and efficiently move trailers to different areas of the facility

    + Communicate with area supervisors using a yard management system to ensure proper placement of trailers

    + Provide outstanding service to stores by maintaining attention to detail and completing tasks in a timely manner

    + Perform safety check of tractor vehicle prior to operation

    Skills/Requirements

    + Must possess a good driving record

    + Experience operating tractor/trailer or willingness to learn

    + CDL license a plus, but not a requirement

    + Enjoy working outdoors

    + Proof of valid driver’s license
