Overview
We’re looking for a visionary designer who can push a global brand in bold new directions while staying true to its identity.
Responsibilities
You should have a strong grasp of design systems, typography, and layout, with the ability to create distinct, campaign-specific designs that stand out. A keen eye for photography and the ability to curate imagery within a defined aesthetic are essential. Motion design, animation, and video editing skills are a major plus.
Qualifications
+ 3+ years of design experience (agency experience is preferred)
+ 4-year degree (fine or graphic arts degree a plus)
+ Portfolio that shows off excellent presentation work or layout design
+ Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Cloud
+ Impeccable attention to detail
+ Strong conceptual ability, along with expert design and layout skill
+ Able to easily liaise with people outside the design team & create work based on a verbal or written brief
+ Self-starter and well-organized
+ Positive Attitude; receptive to creative direction and design feedback
+ Ability to work under tight deadlines
+ Open to travel as needed
+ Branding and logo design experience
+ Proficiency with video editing and/or animation is a plus

Compensation Range: $66,785 - $101,085 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
