Job Summary

This position provides technical support during the implant of the remedē System, and other technical support and training to improve patient outcomes.

Essential Functions

+ Provide technical support during implant of the remedē System

+ Provide training to hospital staff during the opening of a new implanting center

+ Provide technical support for therapy activation and titration

+ Work closely with the Territory Manager (TM) to support all aspects of the sales process

+ Support therapy optimization of the remedē System during overnight sleep studies

+ Train new customers to use the remedē System programmer and to perform all aspects of device programming

+ Work in a highly dynamic environment with an ever-changing schedule

+ Maintain current vendor credentials to have access to customer facilities

+ Provide remote technical support during scheduled “on-call” duties

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

+ Bachelor's Degree preferably in a technical field required

+ 2+ years in a clinical support role with a medical device company, preferably from the Cardiac Rhythm Management industry with extensive implant support experience required

+ IBHRE certification Preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

+ Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing

+ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

+ Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate

+ Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary

Travel Requirements

+ Ability to travel (including overnight stays) 80%
