    Summary:

    We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver/Warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for both delivering goods to our customers efficiently and safely, as well as assisting with warehouse operations.

     

    This position plays a vital role in ensuring our products reach our customers within specified timeframes and in pristine condition. You will need to have a comprehensive understanding of our product range and be able to navigate efficiently to various destinations.

     

    Reports to: Warehouse Manager or Profit Center Manager

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

    • Proven experience as a delivery driver

    • Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles

    • Strong time management and organizational skills

    • Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 75 pounds)

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    • High attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + 1 to 2 years of experience in material handling preferred

    Working Conditions:

    This position operates in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, as well as standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Deliver goods to customers accurately and on time

    • Safely load and unload products from the delivery vehicle

    • Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and well-maintained

    • Assist with inventory management and stocktaking in the warehouse

    • Organize and arrange goods in the warehouse to optimize space utilization

    • Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment

    • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve any delivery-related issues
