Description
Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Digital Designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating engaging learning experiences and training materials. You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform complex information into clear, effective learning content for various formats, including e-learning, instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), and blended learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Partner with SMEs to analyze learning needs and define instructional goals
+ Design and develop instructional materials using proven learning methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy)
+ Create course outlines, storyboards, scripts, and multimedia elements for digital and classroom-based training
+ Develop eLearning modules using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Adobe Captivate
+ Ensure training solutions align with learning objectives, business goals, and learner needs
+ Manage multiple projects with attention to deadlines, quality, and consistency
+ Evaluate learning outcomes and make recommendations for continuous improvement
+ Stay current with trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technologies
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
+ 2+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training
+ Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
+ Proficiency in eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and multimedia production
+ Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
