Sales Coordinator
Job Description
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for implementing and executing operational leadership in the Sales and Purchasing Group as directed by management to fulfill sales targets as set in the business plan. This role also serves as a contact person with customers and/or suppliers, interacts with them to develop and maintain strong relationships, and resolves any conflicts. Additionally, the Sales Coordinator serves as the Document Control Representative and may recruit, hire, train, assign, direct work, and manage performance and discipline of assigned associates, if any.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with analyzing customer’s long-term forecast and develop a long-term plan.
+ Assist with trial-calculation of shipping quantities and expected sales.
+ Negotiate with customers on product prices.
+ Handle price adjustments with customers.
+ Assist with analyzing sales forecast with respect to capacity planning and material adjustments.
+ Analyze changes in design, raw materials, components, manufacturing methods, etc., to determine impact on product cost.
+ Assist with sourcing new sales opportunities.
+ Handle price adjustments with suppliers.
+ Negotiate with suppliers on raw material and component part prices.
+ Support functions of the Material Services Department.
+ All other duties as assigned.

+ Associate degree or any combination of equivalent experience and education.
+ Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
+ Experienced in people management and development.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ In-depth knowledge of the company’s policies, products, technology, know-how, and/or services, including the engineering principles and specifications.
+ Sound analytical and decision-making skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong listening and presentation skills.

+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Work Environment
The work environment involves interaction with customers and suppliers, requiring strong relationship-building skills. The role also includes the use of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Travel may be required occasionally. The dress code is professional, reflecting the high standards and ethics of the company.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
80 hours of PTO per year. Pro-rated and roles over. Paid shut-down Christmas and Independence day 7-10 business days.

This is a fully onsite position in Fredericktown,OH.
