    Description

    We’re looking for an experienced Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize data pipelines supporting CRM Dynamics and business applications across domains such as Marketing, Finance, and Digital. You'll work with tools like Databricks, Azure Synapse, and ADF to ensure reliable, high-performance data flows.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage.

    + Integrate data across platforms including CRM Dynamics and Azure cloud services.

    + Ensure data quality, reliability, and documentation of all data processes.

    + Collaborate with IT and business teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

    + Provide training and support for data workflows and best practices.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 5–7 years in data engineering or integration roles.

    + Proficiency in Databricks, Azure Synapse, and ADF.

    + Experience with CRM Dynamics and Dataverse integrations.

    + Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

    Preferred:

    + Passion for data, performance monitoring, and innovation in a collaborative team environment.

    This role is Hybrid On-Site 3 days a week near Encino
