We are looking for driven Industrial Maintenance Techs with good electrical abilities who are looking to grow with a desirable company in the Athens, TN area. Listed below are some details about the positions and some required skills, along with some preferred skills:
Maintenance Technician
+ Manufacturing company that makes interior automotive components using injection molding and other processes
+ Preventative and reactive maintenance
+ Support supervisors and engineers in ensuring the equipment is running quality parts
+ Complete job responsibilities in compliance with industry safety standards
+ Troubleshooting issues with machinery and equipment, diagnosing problems, and fixing breakdowns as quickly as possible
+ Using PLCs to troubleshoot processes and fault codes
+ Mechanical and 480v electrical work
+ Working with electrical cabinets - troubleshooting, wiring, replacing drives, relays, etc.
+ Troubleshooting quality defects
+ Part repair and replacement
+ Hydraulics and pneumatics
+ Reading blueprints and schematics
+ Start-up and shutdown of equipment via HMI units
+ Change production settings of computer to different speeds, temperature, heights, placements and things specific to each product
+ Robotics maintenance - mechanical and electrical, troubleshooting, rehoming and recalibrating robotic arms, etc.
Must-Have Skills:
+ Industrial maintenance
+ Manufacturing machine set-ups, changeovers, and troubleshooting
+ Mechanical and technical adjustments to manufacturing machines for set-ups, changeovers, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
+ HMI usage
+ Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
+ Preventative and reactive maintenance
+ Mechanical and some 480v electrical maintenance
+ Reading blueprints and schematics
+ Using electrical meters to troubleshoot issues
+ Part repair and replacement
+ Hand and power tools
+ Using precision measuring tools for quality assurance - calipers micrometers, gauges
+ PLC troubleshooting at machines, locating faults, resets, familiarity with ladder logic
+ Robotics - troubleshooting, rehoming and recalibrating robotic arms, etc.
Preferred Skills:
+ Automotive manufacturing experience
+ Injection molding experience
+ Working with stamping presses - hot and/or cold
+ Electrical cabinet troubleshooting and maintenance
+ PLC troubleshooting with a laptop, making adjustments to programs using ladder logic
+ Robotics - mechanical and electrical maintenance, programming, working with servo motors
+ Ability to speak Spanish

**Pay:** $25-$28/hr BASE rate, depending on experience, PLUS $0.20/hr for 2nd shift or $0.35/hr for 3rd shift
**Attendance Bonus:** $2.50/hr for each week you have perfect attendance, _after hired permanently_
**Shifts:** 2nd - roughly 3:00pm to 12:30am
3rd - roughly 11:00pm to 8:30am
**Schedule:** set schedule will either be Mon-Fri or 2-2-3-3, depending on the department they put you in. But they work a lot of OT, regardless, so you will likely be working more than just the scheduled days each week.
**Weekly hours:** probably 55-60 regularly and 65-70 on some occasions
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
