The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time Maintenance Worker to join our Team Member Housing in West Yellowstone, Montana. As part of the Maintenance team, you will work under the direction of the Housing Manager performing routine maintenance duties throughout the properties.

What will you do?
+ Painting, hanging drywall, and repairing drywall as needed.
+ Changing light bulbs, replacing light fixtures/ ballasts, 120V outlets, and performing similar minor electrical tasks.
+ Plumbing work includes opening clogged drains, repairing leaks, soldering copper lines, and performing other simple plumbing jobs.
+ Painting, hanging drywall, and repairing drywall, simple carpentry tasks include installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods, and Lawn maintenance, including mowing, removing weeds and brush, etc.
+ Ensure tools and equipment are in working order, and keep the maintenance room neat.
+ Removal of snow when necessary.
+ The successful applicant must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and be able to drive in all weather conditions, including snow and ice.
+ Perform preventive maintenance on domestic boilers and water boilers.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
More about you
+ Must be at least 18 years old.
+ Minimum of two years of previous experience in general maintenance/repair required.
+ Previous experience with fire and boiler heat systems preferred.
+ Must have a clean driving record. This position requires driving a company vehicle.
Physical requirements
+ Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling.
+ Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
+ Standing and walking 100% of the time.
+ Must be able to work outside in all types of weather.
