This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do
+ Develop, implement, and maintain Cycle Count Program for all inventoried items.
+ Coordinate and enter data for routine cycle counts per established procedures.
+ Assist Operations to Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies and resolve variances with root cause analysis.
+ Document and report metrics on effectiveness of the Cycle Count Program.
+ Work cross functionally to develop and implement effective, systematic, and sustainable methods for reduction of variance discrepancies.
+ Monitor/Oversight of Blocked Stock Process, including:
+ Participate in routinely scheduled block stock inventory review meetings.
+ Submit scrap requests into AO directed tools for final approval for disposal.
+ Follow up for delinquent scrap requests.
+ Manage movements within SAP for electronic removal of inventories approved as scrap.
+ Support plant operations, including:
+ Analyze and aid in the reduction of material cost variances on process orders
+ Work cross-functionally to investigate COGI errors and resolve variances with root cause analysis.
+ Ensure accurate reporting of stock issues from plant stock to cost centers or other non-production related storage location
+ Support and actively participate in site lean 5S program.
+ Support and actively participate in A3 thinking process.
What makes you a good fit
+ 2+ years' experience in inventory control and planning structures (MRP).
+ Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management; Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
+ Problem solving ability and critical thinking skills required.
+ Demonstrated leadership abilities.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Excellent written and verbal communications skills
+ Experience in a Lean manufacturing environment

The salary for this role is $73,000.00 - $85,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
