    Job Description

    Interactive Government Holdings(IGH)is seeking qualified, trained and capable individual to serve Retention Coordinator on the Georgia Army National Guard Support Services contract.

    Position Requirements

    Skills / Certifications:

    Must have experience using Recruit Sustainment Program systems like Vulcan

     

    Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Windows

     

    Must be able to operate a personal computer to input, store, retrieve, and manipulate data, is required.

     

    Experience with US laws, DoD policies, Army and ARNG regulations, and NGB and state policies applicable to the processes outlined above, as well as with applicable automated systems (such as RMS, GIMS, and iPERMS), is required.

     

    Strong organizational skills and a confident, detail-oriented, customer-oriented, positive mindset will be a great asset to these positions.

     

    Experience working with military service members or their Family is required.

     

    Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.

    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma

     

    Possess, or be able to obtain, a Secret Security Clearance
