Plans, develops, implements and coordinates the quality program for nursing to promote excellence in nursing care provision, including the design, measurement, implementation, data management and evaluation aspects of the program. Plans, develops and coordinates initiatives and standards pertaining to Magnet and other professional practice standards to promote excellence in nursing care provision and professionalism of nursing at the facility. Evaluates and ensures compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards in nursing in conjunction with the leaders at the facility. Current RN licensure in state of employment. At least 5 years clinical, leadership and management experience required. 3 years quality and accreditation/regulatory standards measurement and improvement strongly preferred.
