    - Coordinate with other NJTPA staff on air quality, greenhouse gases, data analysis, performance-based planning, safety, transportation technology, and contribute to agency-wide planning initiatives such as the Long-Range Transportation Plan.

    - Coordinate and participate in stakeholder and public outreach to member agencies, non-profits, business and civic leaders, local officials and the public.

    - Oversee staff in the research and preparation of policy papers and other briefing documents on goods movement- and other freight-related planning initiatives in the NJTPA region. Assist in other NJTPA initiatives including but not limited to truck electrification, coordinated land use and goods movement, last mile deliveries, safety and other projects as required.
