Supervises the clinical management team of these services, with a focus on clinical excellence, evidence-based practice, strategic growth, quality analysis, program development, implementation, and stability. _*Education:*_ * Master’s Degree in social work or related field. _*Experience:*_ * Active CT License in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Alcohol & Drug Counselor, Marital & Family Therapy or Licensed Clinical Psychologist * 5-8 years of experience preferably working with young adults or college students We take great care of careers.
