    This is a Full Time RN OR position working day shift Monday thru Friday, no call, no weekends, no holidays

     

    Tucson Surgery Center is an Outpatient Ambulatory Surgical Center located at 2121 N. Craycroft Blvd in Tucson, AZ

    What you'll do:

    The Registered Nurse at Tucson Surgery Center Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care for the intra-operative patient before, during and after surgery.

     

    The Circulator observes surgery and provides assistance to the sterile team and anesthesia, as appropriate, to meet the needs of the patient. Using critical skills and core knowledge of the surgical case, the Circulator anticipates the needs of the team and provides assistance to meet the needs of the patient.

     

    Either directly or indirectly reporting to a nursing supervisor, plans, directs, participates in and evaluates patient care. Collaborates with other disciplines to provide optimal care.

     

    Must have at least 1 year experience as a RN Circulator in the operating room if circulating in the OR.

     

    Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements

    Education:

    Required: Associates or Diploma in nursing program

     

    Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing

    Experience:

    1 or more years experience as a RN Circulator in the OR

    Licenses/Certifications:

    Required: Current Arizona RN license or compact state license

     

    American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS and ACLS for OR
