Summary
This position requires an experienced individual that will be trained to backup various roles within the Branch Operations Support Team in Deposit Operations. This position supports all Dickinson Financial banks and will learn all Branch support functions.
Responsibilities
+ Document and update procedures as necessary.
+ Perform account maintenance and block posting using Navigator and/or Foxtrot.
+ Assist with annual tax reporting for interest bearing accounts, IRAs, Savings bonds, etc. including B notices and annual missing TIN mailings.
+ Have knowledge and assist with one or more of the following job duties: IRA accounts, business accounts, create and change Foxtrot Scripts or death review for deposit clients.
+ Order currency for branches, ATMs, and ITMs. Manage instant issue cards for branches.
+ Track cash audits completed by branches.
+ Fulfill Cashier’s Check request from the Client Care Center. Handle reissue of official checks.
+ Provide general support by answering questions over the phone or via chat or email for branch employees, call center employees and associates from other departments.
+ Complete verification of deposit requests.+ Complete incoming garnishments, tax levies, child support claims. Handle incoming/outgoing collections, foreign currency, and unfit/mutilated currency.
+ Assist with ATM and ITM reconciliations, interest calculations and maintenance requests submitted by the Branch Associates via AEM.
+ Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies.
+ Understand, communicate, and instill the Company’s mission, vision, and values (Pillars of Success).
+ Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
+ Working at the worksite during regular business hours and/or assigned hours.
+ Other specified duties as assigned.
Compensation & Benefits
The Branch Ops Support Spec III position pays a range of $19.50 to $22.50 an hour depending on experience.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately.
+ Ability to organize work detail oriented, and easily adapt to change.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, required.
+ Proficient Microsoft Office suite of products
Education & Experience
+ High school diploma or equivalent, required.
+ 3 + years previous banking experience, preferred.
+ Must be self-motivated; be able to work independently and support the efforts of the other members of the Deposit Operations team.
+ Proficient in software applications as well as operational processes including Integrated Teller, Deposit Pro, Teller Cash/Web Capture/Recycler processing/DynaLog/Payments One/Ascensus/AEM/GRO.
Physical Requirements
The work environment is typical of a standard office or retail banking setting. The position is sedentary, involving sitting most of the workday; however, the position will involve moving about the workspace to reach entrances/exits, restrooms, conference rooms, or other areas within the work environment. Reaching may be required involving the ability to move arms in any direction. Office equipment, such as a computer and telephone, will be used requiring the ability to manipulate a keyboard, mouse, and/or keypad. The ability to decipher a computer screen or written documents is necessary. The ability to express or exchange ideas; impart information to clients, coworkers, or the public; or to convey detailed or important instructions; is required. The ability to receive and understand detailed information shared through oral or written communication is required. Position requires lifting and/or the exerting of up to 10 pounds of force.
