    Job Title: Occupancy Specialist

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Occupancy Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a related field and will be responsible for managing occupancy-related tasks efficiently. This position offers a schedule of 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, totaling 24 hours per week.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Manage and maintain occupancy records and documentation.

     

    - Assist in the coordination of occupancy-related activities and events.

     

    - Ensure compliance with occupancy regulations and policies.

     

    - Provide support during company training sessions and meetings.

     

    - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    - Prior experience in a similar role is required.

     

    - Reliable transportation is essential for attending company trainings and events.

     

    - Strong organizational and time management skills.

     

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
