Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Access Network Development (A.N.D.) team supporting national in-building solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Program Manager

**Location:** Overland Park, KS

What's the Job?

+ Review milestone progress of network builds and ensure timely completion.

+ Host project calls, take detailed notes, and drive action items to resolution.

+ Partner with ACS regional managers and teams to facilitate project execution.

+ Utilize tools and data analytics to enhance efficiency in site acquisition and deployment.

+ Coordinate all development efforts with Technology, Procurement, and Sales stakeholders.

What's Needed?

+ At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management.

+ Familiarity with MagentaBuilt and in-building solutions.

+ Experience managing large-scale network deployment projects.

+ Strong ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.

+ PMP certification is a plus.
