    As an IT Product Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various application teams. The ideal candidate will have effective problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** IT Product Analyst

    **Location:** New Albany, OH (Hybrid - Two days in the office, three days WFH)

     

    Pay: $36hr

     

    Candidates: US Citizens or GC Holders | This role is not open to CTC

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Utilize workload automation software to manage, schedule, and optimize business processes and workflows.

    + Build and validate job flows, ensuring compliance with established standards and efficiency.

    + Assist application teams in defining automation requirements and optimizing task scheduling activities.

    + Monitor and analyze business requirements to recommend improvements to workload automation jobs.

    + Engage with support teams to resolve issues that affect normal workflow and maintain quality control.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + A minimum of 5 years of data processing experience in a technical capacity.

    + At least 2 years of experience using workload automation systems, preferably BMC’s Control-M.

    + Understanding of server and cloud applications, along with network monitoring tools and concepts.

    + Experience in scripting and familiarity with IT best practice methodologies such as ITIL or Agile.

    + Proven ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and effective customer service skills.
