    Position: Water Damage Technician

    Responsibilities:

    + Respond promptly to water damage emergencies and assess the extent of damage.

    + Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification using industry-leading equipment and techniques.

    + Remove damaged materials, including carpet, drywall, and insulation.

    + Conduct thorough inspections to identify hidden moisture and ensure complete drying.

    + Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients throughout the restoration process.

    + Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and safe work environment.

    Requirements:

    + Previous experience in water damage restoration or a related field preferred but not required.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.

    + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    + Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

    + Availability for on-call rotation and occasional overtime as needed.
