    Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in San Antonio, Texas. This role is based in the tech industry and will involve managing a variety of IT tasks, including troubleshooting, system installation, user training, and maintaining accurate records.

    Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems to ensure smooth operations

    • Provide comprehensive support to customers facing IT issues, ensuring their needs are met

    • Implement system upgrades and set up new equipment to meet the organization's IT requirements

    • Educate users on the proper usage of new software to enhance their understanding and productivity

    • Conduct regular checks and updates on malware protection devices to maintain system security

    • Document all IT-related issues and solutions, keeping track of ongoing work for transparency and future reference

    • Respond promptly to IT-related queries through various channels like email, phone, and online chat

    • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure their satisfaction and to gather feedback for improvement

    • Manage configuration settings and backup technologies effectively for optimal system performance

    • Handle tasks related to Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, and Active Directory Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Android Development is essential.

    • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Cisco Technologies is required.

    • Must possess in-depth knowledge of Citrix Technologies.

    • Proficiency in dealing with Computer Hardware is mandatory.

    • Familiarity with Dell Technologies is a significant advantage.

    • Extensive experience with Active Directory is crucial.

    • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Apple Devices is required.

    • Thorough knowledge of various Backup Technologies is beneficial.
