    We are currently seeking a full-time Men's Domestic Abuse Intervention Program Facilitator at our Outpatient Clinic in Troy, NY.

     

    Job Status: Full-Time / Non-Exempt

     

    Reports To: Program Manager

     

    Compensation: up to $25.477/hour

    Primary responsibilities include:

    + Process in-person participant registration.

    + Facilitate up to 3 weekly groups (virtual) utilizing The Duluth Curriculum.

    + Facilitate up to 2 early recovery/introduction to treatment groups at Rensselaer County Jail

    + Prepare bi-weekly participation/attendance reports.

    + Coordinate with referrals and provide participant status reports/updates.

    + Manage participant issues as they arise.

    + Assist front-end with coordinating and managing payments and past-due payments.

    + Provide program information to legal entities in order to sustain and grow the program.

    + Provide bi-weekly program status report to Program Manager.

    Requirements

    Education and Training:

    + Minimum of associates degree in human services or related field.

    + One year of experience in human services is preferred.

    Experience:

    + Group facilitation

    + Implementation of curriculum

    + Program monitoring

    + Experience with criminal justice mandated population

    + Experience with domestic abuse offenders preferred
