    Our client is looking to hire an Associate for their Dallas office. The position will be a full-time role working on-site at our client’s office and will be hired through SitusAMC.

     

    The main function of the Associate role is to support the Investment Management team and other disciplines within the organization by helping to ensure efficient capture, organization and utilization of accurate and reliable property and investment level data. The Associate will be responsible for communicating with asset managers and property managers to assist in the preparation of the client deliverables including quarterly reports, presentations, and ad hoc reports as needed. In addition, the Associate will manage the lease submittal process to include expense recoveries, onboarding of new properties and portfolios, and will participate in task forces and other company related initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage the Lease Submittal package process.

    + Oversee the onboarding and system setup of acquired properties and the disposition of properties from the client's portfolio.

    + Coordinate setup, transition and ongoing compliance with new property management companies and third-party consultants, including introduction to client systems, policies and procedures, among other requirements.

    + Coordinate the completion of quarterly reports, client deliverables and other property reports.

    + Utilize internal systems to administer portfolios, maintain data integrity and prepare ad hoc reports.

    + Lead or participate in initiatives to improve processes and ensure data accuracy in core systems.

    + Conduct periodic reviews of key data elements to ensure completeness, accuracy, compliance with formats, and triage of any gaps or discrepancies.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Position Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + 3-5 years of Real Estate experience is required.

    + Fully understand the lease review process to include lease abstracting, expense recoveries, rent roll, occupancy, management fees, commission calculations at minimum.

    + Effective interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and listening skills.

    + Strong computer literacy including fluency with Yardi, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Outlook and Teams. RealPage and VTS experience is a plus.

    + Demonstrate prioritization, organization, and time management skills necessary to balance competing deadlines.

    + Desire to multi-task in a complex, high-volume environment, and competency to work with all levels of management and personnel.

    + High energy, self-motivated and detail oriented.

    + Understanding of process improvement and project management techniques is a plus.

    + Willingness to work periodic overtime.

    The annual full time base salary range for this role is

     

    $75,000.00 - $85,000.00

     

    Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
