Whether it’s a technician diagnosing an issue, a fleet manager optimizing uptime, or a driver trying to avoid an unexpected repair, we are here to help. Vehicle Health product team is looking for a Vehicle Health & Insights product manager to support new and existing vehicle health insights, ensuring customers and service teams receive the most accurate, useful data possible.

The ideal candidate will be a multifaceted professional who blends technical expertise, analytical thinking, and business acumen to extract knowledge and insights from data. You will be responsible for analyzing vehicle health data, measuring and guiding optimization of vehicle health insights, ensuring their accuracy, reliability, and alignment with strategic business goals.
What you'll do...
+ **Data Analysis & Insights:** Perform complex data analysis using SQL and statistical techniques to identify patterns, anomalies, and insights that can be used to improve model performance and inform product decisions.
+ **Data Quality:** Ensuring that the data used by the product is accurate, reliable, and complete.
+ **Requirement Definition & Prioritization:** Translate business requirements and customer needs into detailed product specifications and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and operations teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
+ **Insights Performance & Validation:** Hands-on involvement in ground truth validation and false positive rate analysis to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and stability of Vehicle health insights.
+ **Performance Monitoring & Reporting:** Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of models and identify areas for improvement.
+ **Market Research & Competitive Analysis:** Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in the field of vehicle health prognostics.
You'll have...
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science or a related field.
+ 5-6 years of experience in product management, with a focus on data-driven products
+ **Critical Thinking:** Ability to analyze information objectively and form a reasoned judgment
+ **Strong Data Analytics Skills:** Proven ability to perform complex data analysis using SQL, statistical techniques and data visualization tools. Ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data and identify actionable insights.
+ **Continuous Learning:** A commitment to staying up to date with the latest trends. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
+ **Excellent Communication Skills:** Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ **Strong Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to identify and solve complex problems in a data-driven manner.

+ Master's degree preferred.
+ Experience with building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
+ **Automotive Industry Experience:** Experience with vehicle telematics data and knowledge of diagnostic protocols (e.g., OBD-II)
+ **Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms:** Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud is a plus.
