    Position Summary

    Price Benowitz LLP is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in complex medical malpractice matters across the DC metropolitan area, including Maryland and the District of Columbia. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated attorneys in a collaborative and client-focused environment.  This is an in-office role based in Washington, DC.

     

    Qualifications and Requirements

     

    + A minimum of 4 years of medical malpractice litigation experience.

    + Thorough knowledge of local rules and procedures in relevant jurisdictions.

    + Proven ability to manage a high volume of active cases efficiently and effectively.

    + Must be an active member in good standing of the Maryland Bar; admission to the D.C. Bar is strongly preferred.

    + Hands-on experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
