    Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a Packer to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the production team supporting the packaging department. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good physical stamina, and effective teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Packaging Worker -

    **Location:** West Plains, MO

     

    Pay Range: $15.42

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Prepare and pack items by assembling, lining, and padding cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools.

    + Inspect products to ensure pillows and pet beds are free of defects and packaged correctly.

    + Seal containers using glues, fasteners, tape, and hand tools to secure materials.

    + Load finished packages into trucks, vans, and cars for delivery.

    + Maintain accurate records of packaged items and perform regular quality checks on packaging materials.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Previous work experience as a packaging worker or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

    + Good physical stamina and the ability to lift boxes up to 30 lbs.

    + Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.

    + Ability to follow established company procedures and guidelines.

    + Strong teamwork and communication skills.
