Job Description
An employer is seeking an Electronics Program Managers for an opportunity in the Mason, OH area. This Program Manager will be joining the Space program in order to directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. They will be expected to manage planning, budgeting, scheduling and resource planning as well as the execution phase, customer interactions and tracking spend for complex space system hardware. Prior working knowledge within the federal or government sector is ideal as is a clearance, neither however are required to land the role. This role will require presentations to Internal Executive Management as well as to end customers. The Program Manager should have extensive experience within electronics and ideally have experience within design for circuit cards, radars or sensor programs. Other responsibilities will include: identifying program problems and risks and obtains solutions such as resource allocation and contract specification changes, monitoring and assess performance; identifying problems and institute corrective actions as required, identifying and managing risk and overseeing direction, oversight, and outcome of assigned programs. A background in EVMS is a must to hit the ground running.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in engineering
5+ years of within a Project Management or Project Engineering role
5+ years working full lifecycle of Earned Value Management
5+ years of electronic design, manufacturing or testing (circuit cards, radars or sensors)
Ability to obtain a clearance
Military background is preferred
Ability to work on site in Mason, OH 4 days a week Government or Government Prime contractors experience
PMP
FPGA or VHDL background
Prior experience with NASA null
