    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Producer to support one of our Creative Directors in managing his schedule, understanding overall priorities, and adapting to shifting needs. This role requires a strong ability to research, read posts, and stay updated on current launches and trends that matter to our audience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, product launches, and audience interests to inform decision-making.

     

    Product Goals: Understand and align with product goals to support strategic initiatives.

     

    Presentation Skills: Create compelling decks and presentation materials that capture creative vision and organize it professionally.

     

    Communication: Assist with verbal and written communication, including posts, deck presentation materials, and other content.

     

    Executive Support: Act as an Executive Assistant to our Creative Director, providing comprehensive support in various tasks.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Familiarity with art and creative processes.

     

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

     

    Excellent research and analytical abilities.

     

    Proficiency in creating professional presentations.

     

    Effective verbal and written communication skills.

     

    Experienced in Google Sheets, excel and other project management tracking tools (Jira). Bug fix analysis and resolution; experience triaging backlog and organizing by priority

    Familiarity with Figma null
