Job Description
Insight Global's leading commercial real estate client is looking or a Senior Business Development Director to join their IFM and WPE Services division.
The Senior BDD owns, develops and closes new business opportunities within target market sectors in collaboration with the Executive Director and BULs and can engage with clients at a strategic level. With a deep understanding of the industry and market sectors, the Senior BDD owns and manages complex new sales opportunities, clearly articulating differentiation and value to customers through client focused solutions.
Alongside managing their own pipeline of opportunities, the Senior BDD works in synergy with the Executive Director to provide leadership, deal governance, reporting and team development across the Business Unit/s within the agreed remit.
Demonstrating evolving leadership skills, the Senior BDD will support all aspects of the sales process and has a focus on people development. This role supports a team of 4-5 BDMs in development of their pipeline strategy, conducts pipeline reviews, and checks and challenges price and quality submissions of new sales opportunities with the BU remit.

Skills and Requirements
A minimum of 10 years proven sales/business development experience from a relevant background
- 5+ years experience selling Facilities Management services
- Experience mentoring/training sales personnel
- Strong experience managing the pricing and structuring of contracts and reporting Experience of putting together exceptional quality sales documents
Experience of successfully delivering high level presentations
Experience of meeting tight deadlines
Experience of dealing with and co-operating with a wide range of people. null
