    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Corporate Recruiter on behalf of one of the worlds leading casual dining restaurant companies. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and ensure a positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. The ideal candidate has had experience with end-to-end recruiting on a variety of corporate skillsets and experience with process improvement for recruiting strategies.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience from job posting to onboarding

     

    -Experience managing a variety of corporate skillsets (Accounting, Finance, IT, Marketing, Supply Chain and Legal)

     

    -Experience partnering cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, compensation team members, etc - must be able to partner and develop relationships with all levels of stakeholders -Recruiting experience in retail or restaurant industries (fast pace environments) null
