    Your Future Role

     

    Provide cleaning services to the Norwood Plant as required inside and outside the building This position is in a collective bargaining Union. Must become a member of the local collective bargaining unit upon hire.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform housekeeping and 5S activities adhering to all OSHA and Innomotics LLC safety and work practice policies.

    • Follow appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.

    • Must be able to work independently with minimal direction from supervisor.

    • Must meet all physical job requirements.

    • Keep and maintain workshop and outside areas in clean and orderly condition

    • Perform cleaning and other assigned tasks.

    • Adhere to all safe work practices and plant rules of conduct.

    • Adhere to all outlined section and operational processes and procedures.

    • Notify supervisor of quality, process and/or safety issues and concerns

    • Operate floor cleaning and other cleaning equipment, sweep, mop, and/or scrub

    • Maintain and clean restrooms/showers in sanitary condition and replenish supplies as required

    • Clean, sweep, mop etc. plant and yard areas as directed

    • Cut grass, bushes and water grass, bushes when needed

    • Remove Snow and Ice from sidewalks, salt walking areas as needed

    • Clean and vacuum office, meeting and conference areas

    • Maintain eye comfort stations

    • Clean hallways, elevators and stairs. Clean and sweep shop areas and debris from building

     

    entrances, smoking areas and along facility fences and building walls.

     

    • Pick-up any classified waste and dispose in trash bins in and outside plant

    • Adhere to safety practices and procedures; perform other job-related duties as required.

    • Perform Operator- Checklist and maintain cleaning equipment.

    • Complete work order forms according to established procedures.

    • Maintain all work areas in a neat and orderly fashion, following both 6S and workplace design processes

    • Store and supply all stationary supplies as necessary are completed safely, correctly and meet or surpass all customer expectations. Follow and promote all safety and quality directives in support of the company's commitment to be the industry’s premier maintenance service provider to our clients. Strict adherence to all OSHA and Siemens safety and work practice policies.

    + **Review assigned work orders on computerized maintenance management system and close work orders as completed.**

     

    Your Profile

    Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

    + **2+ years of experience working is related field**

    + **Completion of a High School diploma or technical degree from an accredited maintenance repair program.**

    + **Proof of successful completion (including transcripts) must be provided for consideration of this position.**

    Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

    + **Demonstrated ability to read and follow instructions.**

    + **Demonstrated ability to perform maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks on brooms, shovels, pallet trucks hand sweepers.**

    + **Physically able to handle a reasonable amount of weight and ability to mix cleaning and**

    sanitizing chemicals in accordance with directions

    + **Demonstrated ability to perform daily checklist of cleaning equipment**

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.12 The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
