    About The Role:

    As a CBRE CAD Administrator, you will prepare and maintain a CAD playbook consisting of electronic working plans, maps, and drawings for small to medium-scale projects for a designated client.

    What You'll Do:

    + Oversee all owned client floor plans (CAD, PDF).

    + Transmit large file sets for project initiations, closeouts, or as needed.

    + Update drawings post project completion for standards adherence and accuracy.

    + Store and organize received drawings by location, floor (architectural, mechanical, A/V, P-Wall, space numbers, etc.)

    + Maintain numbering standards for office spaces and lockers.

    + Create number tags for workstations, offices, and lockers.

    + Provide owned floor measurements and seat counts for reportable metrics.

    + Manage Symbol (block) library and provide access to design partners as needed.

    + Adhere to CAD and BOMA standards and conduct drawing checks.

    + Clean up drawings (review, purge, audit, block correction, etc.).

    + Polyline as required.

    + Oversee AutoCAD user list, licensing, and manage annual subscription renewals.

    + Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

    + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

    + Impact the quality of own work.

    + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

    + Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding.

    What You'll Need:

    + Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

    + Ability to use existing procedures to tackle standard problems.

    + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

    + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    + Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

    + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum compensation for the CAD Administrator position is $25.00 per hour and the maximum compensation is $42.30 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
