BLS is hiring for an On-site Event Representative to join our team in Astoria, NY!

As an On-site Event Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their ground transportation needs are met.

Here are just a few of the things you will do:

+ Assist clients in the planning and coordination of their ground transportation needs

+ Attend off-site events as an on-site company representative to manage drivers and vehicles for VIP clients

+ Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure that their needs are met

+ Resolve any issues that may arise during events

+ Work with other departments to ensure that events run smoothly

We are looking for someone who is:

+ Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

+ A creative problem solver and able to think on their feet

+ A team player and excellent communicator

+ Professional and courteous

+ Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
