Description

We are in search of a dedicated Applicants' side Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team. This role plays a vital part in our legal industry by representing injured workers in their workers' compensation claims. The firm offers remote flexibility throughout California.

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for injured workers in their compensation claims

• Manage a full caseload of claims through various stages of litigation

• Use your knowledge of Workers Compensation and Civil Litigation to build strong cases

• Utilize Case Management Software and Adobe Acrobat for document management and organization

• Handle claim administration and complaint handling with detail-oriented and empathetic approach

• Employ your Spanish Translation skills when necessary to ensure clear communication with all clients

• Leverage your knowledge of Personal Injury Plaintiffs in the handling of cases

Requirements

• Expertise in Case Management Software is required

• Strong skills in Document Management are needed

• Experience in Civil Litigation is required

• Knowledge in Claim Administration is essential

• Should be adept at Complaint Handling

• Proficiency in Plaintiff Litigation is needed

• Ability to translate Spanish is a bonus.
