The Quality Assurance Analyst supports compliance with agency standards, funder regulations, and accrediting body regulations. The role is essential in promoting high program standards, excellence, and client satisfaction within the organization.
Responsibilities
+ Monitor and audit programs and processes in accordance with agency, funder, accrediting, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
+ Assist administrative and program departments with funding and government regulations, contract requirements, and agency policies.
+ Coordinate and prepare programs for funder and accrediting body monitoring, evaluation, and audits.
+ Participate in internal and external monitoring and quality audits.
+ Conduct routine internal audits and reviews to ensure ongoing and effective compliance.
+ Work with agency leadership to improve internal controls and compliance.
+ Provide written and verbal reports on compliance status.
+ Stay knowledgeable about program, funder, and accrediting standards to ensure compliance.
+ Provide technical and administrative support for the Quality Assurance Department.
+ Conduct program audits and case file reviews of CRT’s STEPs Case Management and CAPTAIN Energy Assistance systems to monitor data quality and accuracy.
+ Work with program managers and supervisors to implement corrective action plans supporting data quality.
+ Assist with orientation and in-service training to staff on the use of the STEPs Case Management system.
+ Monitor and review data collection processes to ensure quality data.
+ Prepare and develop reports and analyses of data.
+ Provide administrative support to program and administrative staff related to multiple agency data systems.
+ Coordinate annual agency risk assessment and provide support to management in identifying and addressing risks.
+ Assist the Director with the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of corrective actions to ensure program improvement.
+ Develop 'how-to' manuals and create new policies and procedures as needed.
+ Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as necessary.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Detailed-oriented with the ability to ensure all data is up to date.
+ Strong time management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
+ Comfortable using different software and interpreting data.
+ Background in case management preferred.
+ Ability to manage data and compliance effectively.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. MS Word, MS Access, and MS Excel).
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Effective communicator with the ability to work independently and with diverse groups.
+ Internet research skills and ability to learn funder-specific software.
+ Recognize and maintain confidentiality of all materials in the work setting.
+ Valid driver's license and some use of personal vehicle required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Public Policy, or related field preferred.
+ Three years of experience in a public or non-profit social services or public health agency performing work in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, case management, or health/social services information management.
+ Leadership skills and experience in program auditing and compliance management.
Work Environment
The work environment is an office setting with a team size of six. The role requires the ability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, totaling 35 hours per week. Occasional flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, may be necessary.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.52 - $30.49/hr.
