    What You-ll Do

    + IT Product Owner with experience on P&C domain - Mandatory

    + Kanban Lead/Scrum Master experience - Mandatory

    + Level 3 Incident Management Support experience - Mandatory

    + Experience of managing offshore team - Mandatory

    + Experience of collaborating with Client Architect, Product Manager, Business users and other dependent squads to understand the requirements, acceptance criteria and work with the team for the execution - Mandatory

    + Experience of using JIRA, BMC Remedy, XMatters, WIKI, Lucid Chard - Good to have

    + SAFE POPM/Scrum Master certified - Good To have

    Minimum education qualification

    + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
