**ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Strategic Program Director** to join our team. The is a Hybrid position in the Washington D.C. area.
The **Strategic Program Director - Digital Transformation** will spearhead a pivotal, large-scale digital transformation initiative. This is a high-impact role that demands a seasoned leader capable of orchestrating a complex program encompassing data analytics, software engineering, lowcode/no code ecosystem integration, strategic client engagement, and comprehensive change management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ **Provide Strategic Leadership:** Define and execute the strategic vision for a multi-faceted digital transformation program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
+ **Establish Robust Governance:** Implement and maintain comprehensive program governance frameworks, including risk mitigation, issue resolution, and dependency management.
+ **Cultivate Client Partnerships:** Build and strengthen client relationships, ensuring exceptional delivery and maximizing business value realization.
+ **Drive Agile Delivery:** Lead and empower cross-functional teams (100+ professionals) using Agile methodologies to achieve program objectives with speed and efficiency.
+ **Orchestrate Stakeholder Communications:** Develop and execute strategic communication plans to engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
+ **Measure and Optimize Performance:** Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively addressing deviations and ensuring program success.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 10+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale technology programs and complex digital transformation initiatives.
+ Demonstrated expertise in Agile software development methodologies and cloud-based technology implementations.
+ Proven track record of successful program delivery with measurable business outcomes.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change management initiatives within technology-driven contexts.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA.
+ PMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certifications.
+ Experience with Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration projects.
+ Background in human-centered design principles and digital strategy development.
+ Knowledge of data governance frameworks and experience with advanced analytics implementations.
Clearance Requirements:
+ US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
+ Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
+ Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
+ Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
