Seeking an individual to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and key players within the mobility world. This position involves conducting market studies, analyzing competitor strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business expansion. The ideal candidate is passionate about innovation, understands technical product applications, and thrives in a fast-evolving industry.

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical discipline required, master's degree in Marketing/Business/Innovation preferred.

+ 2-3 years experience in market analysis, marketing in a high tech/value driven company as well as-experience in a technical (product development innovation role)

+ Must be customer oriented, an agile mindset, and have an innovative spirit.

+ Must have Knowledge of automotive industry.- Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes, materials, and supply chains preferred.

+ Strong analysis and communication skills and market driven product development.

+ Project management and presentation/pitch skills preferred.

Essential functions would include:

+ **Market Exploration:** Conduct comprehensive market analyzes including competition and tests to understand customer needs and requirements and develop innovative solutions

+ **Market Development:** Identify and develop new market opportunities and customer needs that have the potential to transform the mobility industry.-

+ **Market Validation:** Build pitches that identify customer needs in relevant areas, and match with our capabilities to develop new products. Test new product concepts in the market and implement an agile development approach towards customer needs.

+ **Collaboration** : Work closely with other team members to drive market-driven innovations and develop creative solutions together. Define clear goals & activities for new business ideas. Influence long term planning with product managers to ensure that it is aligned with strategy and profitability.

+ **Innovation:** Work with key people to innovate new product ideas routes to market and technologies. Support the development and maintenance of a high-potential innovation pipeline for EQYO MT's future business.
