Position Summary...

Join the Compliance and Corporate Law Team as the Project Manager -Legal (Employment). This is a position that supports our Employment Legal Team. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and exposure to US Employment Legal and Compliance Programs. This individual will be a lifelong learner, who is inquisitive and solves problems with initiative, bold thinking and innovation. You will be a self-starter and help manage complex projects and timelines for projects and initiatives.

What you'll do...

+ Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders by learning their business and providing educating on product and program requirements and documentation.

+ Managing initiatives and projects at the project level by developing and communicating project plans and schedules to teams and stakeholders to support established objectives; and communicating and adhering to project management standards and practices.

+ Managing multiple medium-scale projects or multiple work streams by collaborating with stakeholders to efficiently develop and deliver recommended solutions; following project methodology; aligning multiple project requirements.

+ Keeping current on legislative and regulatory changes, market trends, business challenges and priorities.

What you'll bring:

+ Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, including exceptional written communication skills with the ability to communicate detailed and complex information in an accurate and understandable manner.

+ Ability to work independently

+ Previous project management experience, including demonstrated ability to develop and manage multiple detailed and complex project plans and timelines simultaneously

+ Experience with Legal Research

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.

1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams.
