Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $12 - $12 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Sewing Machine Operator:

+ Sets up and operates industrial sewing machines, as well as performs machine maintenance to include: oiling, properly threading, and cleaning machines

+ Prepares materials to be used for each job by laying material out, accurately measuring with a ruler and cutting with material scissors

+ Prepares sewing machine for each job with appropriate thread and by adjusting machine guides and presser foot

+ Moves completed product from worktable to appropriate area by lifting as needed

+ Adheres to safety guidelines at all times

+ Performs other related duties as assigned

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

+ Ability to read work instructions

+ Basic computer skills

+ Able to read standard and metric rulers

+ Must have the ability to read tape measure

+ Manual dexterity
