Our client, a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Contract Administrator II to join their team. As a Contract Administrator II, you will be part of the contract management team supporting both government and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Contract Administrator II

**Location:** Miramar, FL

**Pay Range:** $41.06 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Manage a portfolio of customers from induction through quoting and shipping.

+ Serve as the primary interface for all contracting matters, ensuring compliance with negotiated terms and conditions.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer requirements and operational objectives.

+ Communicate contractual obligations and support financial objectives, including progress payments and collections.

+ Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline contract workflows and reporting.

What's Needed?

+ University Degree with 5+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience, or 9 years of directly relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

+ Strong experience using Microsoft O365 suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

+ Preferred: Experience with SAP, financial concepts, and knowledge of export/import regulations.
